I, the undersigned, hereby authorize FuelFlex, its agents, or authorized financial partners to initiate direct debit transactions from any of my bank accounts for the purpose of loan repayment. I understand that: The loan repayment schedule and amounts have been explained to me and are included in my Loan Agreement. Debits will occur automatically as per the agreed repayment schedule (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). I am responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in my account to cover the debits I acknowledge that: Failed or returned debit transactions due to insufficient funds may attract additional fees or penalties. The Company reserves the right to reattempt the debit within a reasonable period or use alternate recovery methods as allowed by law. This mandate will remain in force until the loan is fully repaid. I may revoke this authorization only after fulfilling all repayment obligations. I consent to the use and sharing of my bank and personal data for the purpose of processing this debit mandate and for loan servicing.
